I started as their bookkeeper, gradually expanding my role to become the Office Manager, Procurement Manager, and Finance Director. Although I left the company in 2020, I continue to provide support with tax and operational matters for their Paris and Costa Rican branches, as well as offer financial guidance to the administrative team.

As the Chief Operations and Administration Officer, I managed operations related to inventory, order fulfillment, and food safety and organic compliance. Following a fire that destroyed our production facility in 2024, I have continued to provide operational and financial support as we adapt our business model.

In 2021, I managed the books for two independent interior designers. When they decided to merge and form this new company, I expanded my responsibilities to include more in-depth financial reporting and procurement management.

I was initially brought on to establish an accounting system and provide general bookkeeping support during their startup phase. As the company grew and began hiring employees, my role evolved to include ongoing training for the administrative team and the creation and implementation of internal systems to ensure smooth operations.
